Semi Auto design need opinion

Hi,
I have a design I draw up quickly on paint. I have drawn it better on paper but I don't have a camera right now and my paint skills suck.
Concept is a semi auto pellet gun or steel/ airsoft BB. I want it to be non lethal so airsoft BB is the way to go basically. Gun laws in Australia are now very tough. My dad told me there is a new law trying to be passed that if you own an unlicensed firearm of any type you go to jail straight away without a trial or anything.
Anyway, the design uses a QEV valve piloted by a slide valve. When the pilot is activated the air rushes down a pipe which blows back a piston that is covering a hole leading to the barrel where the BB is located. I have a design that also has a ammo clip for this. ( spring feed magazine not a gravity one.) But I can't draw it because my paint skills suck. After the shot is fired the QEV goes back into place, another BB pops up and the piston returns to it seat via it's spring. Oh and the gun is a Bullpup. That's why it is designed a bit funny.
Brown: QEV
Blue: Slide valve
Pink: O-ring
Green: Spring
Black: Main parts
Grey: Piston
