I have .25" od aluminium pipe. Since they don't make fittings for this unstandard sized pipes I have concluded that epoxy will have to be my alternative since I can't weld. I will have to epoxy two pipes together at a 90 degree angle (like what a tee would do). I am wondering which type of epoxy would be best for this and any tips that you guys have. I have heard in weld is good for this.

There is a j b weld made for metal. Probably perfect for what you need to do, however Welding it would be.much better.

I would suggest buying a elbow or tee fitting that is larger than the pipes so you can epoxy the pipes inside of this fitting. It would be a bad idea, in my opinion, to 'cast' a fitting out of epoxy by covering two perpendicular pipes in epoxy to act as an elbow fitting.
