Hi
i am new at this forum but i have already build some airguns (i am not a noob at this).
I am trying to build a pellet pistol (single shooter 100 - 120 PSI ) but i need help whit the valve.
The vale has to be in the air chamber tube and release the air up from the tube where the barrel and pellet loading will be.

Welcome to the forum, a diagram of what you are trying to achieve would be helpful as it's not really clear from your description.

Also, if you've made other pneumatic launchers, this forum has a showcase section if you want to show them off :)

What sort of tools and materials do you have to hand?

A hammer valve would fit well in that setup, indeed it's how many precharged commercially available airguns are configured:

Alternatively, depending on the diameter of your air tank, a small quick exhaust valve could also fit in there.

If the valve needs to be in the chamber tube, you could also make a small chamber-sealing piston valve :)

assuming you're using a hammer to power the valve, connect your bolt to the hammer and you've made yourself a crosman system :D

 nah i will be using 120 psi only so i am thinking not to put a hammer but make a triger that will just push the valve .

That will be like using a blowgun directly as a valve. You can get fairly decent power if you "snatch" the trigger, but don't expect consistency and accuracy.

so you suggest to use a hammer that opens the valve ?

Yes, otherwise, just buy a blowgun.
What caliber do you plan on using?

i am going to use 4.5 mm (0.177 cal) pellets. i am using 120 psi only so i gona make hammer that opens the valve long enough to let all the air come out.

This is the valve that i made. No leaks, works great.
