Need a 6mm barrel can someone help? I live in Australia and can't get 6mm barrels anywhere?

Then ask. My local hobby store has every damn brass tubing size you could want.

Brass is to thin isn't it and I don't want to put layer after layer of brass tubing that would cost a furtun.

Have you not seen any of JSR's work? He almost exclusively used brass tubing through the epoxy days. Pen guns for instance, filled to 800psi.
Do some reading around, and don't ask for help if you haven't done a proper search about it first.
