I have made an airsoft gun out of pvc and brake line it runs off of air. the link shows the gun. I did not come up with the idea but my gun is the exact same as his. Now I want something that is more power and bigger. I would like it to be single shot as well but if there is a way to make it semi auto without having to have a constant air source that would be fine to. I also need a trigger on the gun that I have now i have to pull the barrel to fire which jogs my aim. So this gun has to bigger and more powerful but it has to be very easy to reload with air like 3 to 5 pumps with a small hand pump like the one in the video. This gun has to have range and it has to be accurate. I would like to have a magazine as well. Finally this gun has to be made out of pvc but the barrel does not but I would like to make this mainly pvc like my gun right now. I need ideas and I need designs. Needs to be cheap so please help me out here guys!

Okay so my last post was kind of hard to understand.
This is what my gun looks like That is a link to the gun i made.
The gun is good and very powerful. But the firing mechanism is bad you have to pull the barrel back which jogs the aim a bit.
Now I am looking for a new deisgn that looks cool fires well easy to reload and powerful.
This new gun needs a trigger and yes I am firing 6mm airsoft bbs.
I also would like some range for this gun so long range sniper is what I am going for here. A trigger is a must for this gun.
Also I would like to have a magazine but that is not a must for this gun but i would like to have it.
Also this gun has to have a simple and practical way to refill air just like my gun now I want to use a small bike pump that is always attached to the gun and only has to use a small amount of pumps.
This gun can be single shot or semi auto but i dont want this gun to have to be connected to an air source at all times so no constant air source!
I want this gun to be simple and to look cool!
My other gun is very simple as you can see in the video.
If the gun has to be complicated to get what I am asking for then so be it so lay designs that hard and easy on me i will accept both.
So sniper rifle airsoft gun that runs off of air to wrap everything up!
Also pvc is what I want to make this gun out of so like the air chamber and stock has to be pvc.
Everything else can be metal or anything like that.

You're basically asking how to acquire years of experience in this field in one thread. What you're looking to make is not easy at all. If you want a good example though check out the hammer valve airsoft sniper in my signature.

You can use a simple blowgun as a trigger, here's a single shot example:
the Bike Pump is a high pressure hand pump (ie shock pump, about 50 psi per pump)
barrel is an Airsoft barrel (you didn't say what you were shooting)

Trigger Problems Help?

Okay so the trouble I am having is that I am using a straight blow gun not a blow gun for like dusting or whatever. Okay so the thing I am having trouble with is that I am attaching this to a 5 or 6 in 1 1/4 in pvc pipe that is my air chamber. The blow gun is then connected to a 3/4 in coupling. The only way for the air to escape is by leaving the bb barrel which is going to be shooting 6mm bbs so airsoft bbs. The bb barrel is going to have an open back to it but i am going to drill a hole in the back of it and put a small nail through it so the bb cant fall out. This is going to be a sniper. And I am using 3 or 4 foot of breakline for the bb barrel. So the problem I am having trouble with is will the blow gun let all the air out of the air chamber if I pump the air chamber up enough or will it just let out some air and I can use the rifle as semi auto matic. I would prefer to use it as single fire so I can use it at its full potential. Now if it is going to be semi auto with this set up will it still have a lot of power and a lot of range? Because it has to have both of those things. Now if there is another alternative to this that will let all the air out at once that would be okay to but the alternative has to be very easy and simple to make with no qev i hate using them sometimes. So this is my first attempt at going simple for a gun atleast for the trigger on a homemade airsoft gun. Now please help me with this problem that I am having it would be great!!! Oh and if there is an alternative to this trigger it has to be cheap!!!

Okay for my gun that I want to build i want to have a gravity loader for 6mm bbs and i need a way to make sure that the bbs dont double feed. I am using 1/4 in. brakeline as my barrel so the bbs fit in perfectly so they slide. Also the barrel is inside of 1 in. pvc pipe. So what I was thinking was using brakline as the loader. So i was going to drill a hole through the pvc pipe and through the barrel.The hole in the pvc pipe will hold the loader and the barrels hole will be just big enough for a bb to slide through. now i was thinking of something on the top that I could push so the bb just barely slides through the hold in the barrel. But I would like a gravity loader that doesnt require me to do that. So please help me with this problem. Thanks to everyone!
