So I am planning a blocked vortex BBMG firing 6m airsoft. What is a good size for the vortex chamber, diameter and width ?

You're going to have to post better info. That picture is to small and the caption can't be read.

There is no hard and fast formula, make it minimum 2 BBs wide and 3 BBs diameter and you should be fine.

Something like this maybe
