Mmm.

Some of those places can be surprisingly efficient.

Ordered a 1/4" check valve from airlines pneumatics in the evening at about 9pm and it arrives next day at 9am

I ordered from McMasters today and chose the payment option "Open Account" not knowing what it was. I don't have access to a credit card at the moment, so when they should up at the door would I be able to pay cash, do you think?

The guy who delivers your stuff doesn't work for McMaster-Carr. He works for a shipping company of sorts.

They probably won't ship to you until you pay.
