I was wondering if this crap pump would work to fill up a cannon? I imagine im misunderstanding what 250 psi output means but here

I don't see why it would not work. Looks like a pretty good deal. I say go for it. But remember you get what you paid for it.

I have bought stuff from Harbor Freight in the past. The prices are great but their stuff can be cheaply made, typically from China. But for less than $10, not a bad deal.

It will only burn out if you use it incorrecty. I belive the duty cylce on mine is 3 minutes of pumping, between 10 minutes of 'rest', or something of that nature. It also pumps very slowly, so if you have a compressor, I suggest useing it to fill your cannon to the highest presure you can, and then hook up the mini-compressor.

Also, make sure your cannon can handle that much pressure

it will work for a little while.. then break.. in the long run save money and buy a craftsman air compressor from sears. has a warrenty can blow up jsut about anything.

I have 3 of those little suckers, 2 can pump 250 (so it says) and the other one can pump 200 (bullshit detected). One of the 250 ones actually got one of my guns all the way to 160 and didn't bust! But they kind of suck because you need a car to make them work. It drains your batteries and a wall adapter is like 20 bucks. They are loud and slow.

noname, A, they are quieter than a normal compressor, B, you can use a regular $6 DC converter, you just have to chop off the piug and attach the adaptor, or do what I did and find a cheapo 12v splitter at the dollar store, cut off the female, and solder it to a DC converter. Cost me a dollar, since I got the converter free.

i could also use one of my many rechargeable 12 volt batterys... heavy but portable.
