the other thing is will it be fine if i use a normal 1" sprinkler valve with a 4" barrel or do i have to go get like a 2" to 3" valve

I think you could get on with a 1" sprinkler valve as you probly dont want to spend lots of money and need that much power.
If your getting chased off a police dog, try not to run through a tunnel then onto a small see-saw then through a ring of fire. They are trained for that!

A 1'' sprinkler vavle would work fine for what you are useing it for.

I've heard that 4" is just a little small for the normal rolls of tp. I would suggest unwrapping a little off of the roll before the job... Also the double rolls aren't even close to being able to fit in 4".

Also don't forget to moisten the paper rolls after you get em in your barrel if you want a nice big splat on the houses 8)
