Why shoot their cars while driving down the freeway? Just shoot the morons themselves. It's more direct. I'll provide the 700 FPS golfball.

I cannot get over the stupidity of these people. Don't they realise that the people in those cars have a life too? They could easily kill several people with one shot, but they still keep shooting. What utter morons.
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.

It is said that you are only 6 people away from anyone in the world.
(Or in the other form, "you are only 6 handshakes away from ***")
So, in theory, if you get in contact with all of your acquitances and mates, then each of them do the same, then if that repeats a few times, you eventually could get a name and address for these dumbarses.
Actually, with that form of chain reaction, then actually you could find any information from anywhere in the world. Neat!
And then you could show these guys your dissapproval in person...
