Anybody selling barrel sealing piston valves

If you need some step by step instructions, there are a couple on instructables. Heed what some people say about the need of a bumper and the several that broke. Learn safety first as this can be dangerous. Then build one safely.

You get what you pay for dude!!! And them pistons are awesome!! Also keep in mind they are bigger than what you originally wanted, which was 2 inch, right??

@ the OP...you asked for help...I agreed to help you, but requested you to supply some minimal information.

The entire content of your reply?... "The one with 3 pics on the forum , I want bter performance"

No link...no real discernible effort on your part.

Now you want to buy a valve...but you don't want to pay for someone to build it.

My suggestion?

Stop posting...start reading and learning...then build the valve yourself. Draw the design using something like "paint", post it up and ask for some thoughts on the design.

Also suggest you re-read matty's post on the first page...he's spot on.

Dude, i did provide the website on the other forum, alot of reading helps, and I am will to pay someone for it

Gippeto, pay attention on what i wrote and I never said Im not willling to pay someone for the piston sealing valve, And on the other forum I did post a picture (its on a website)

if you cant make this Im not sure you should be allowed to handle any piston valve, you get a much better appreciation for the power of a launcher if you understand the principles and build it yourself.

The Supah, Mauler, and Destroyer are all options for a pre manufactured valve.

The operation of the first two are listed in the wiki.

If you're in America*, a 1" porting valve will cost maybe $20, even including the pilot valve and stuff if you shop around. A 2" perhaps twice that.
If you want to buy one, gort sells them for $60/120 plus shipping, which I'm assuming you already knew. Is the price difference worth your time? I think most of us would rather see you attempt one yourself. You get street cred and all.

Jsefcik, like everyone else here, I suggest the wiki. I'll even throw in the page link here. Take notes or something. Really dig into the physics of how the valve operates. Also, pay special attention to the diagrams down the right side of the page. It's really quite simple how they work.
