Yeah, i've read a lot of that.
Not sure whether to have bolt action or semi-auto now. I'm leaning towards bolt action for the ergonomics and aesthetics.

I think it might be a CR10EK they are very close to 1/8npt thats what ill be using for my hybrid, I tested it on a little hybrid I made to 8x it was fine.

Hmmm... oh well, I'm not one to talk about unsafe fittings. In the circumstances I would probably be happy with slopping on some araldite and tightening it up :D

Yeah I put some hydraulic thread locker rated for 10,000psi, its just a tiny bit losers then a standard 1/8'' npt fitting. ill try make a smaller hybrid test it higher pressure.

The spark plug is the one crna described, I feel pretty confident in it because it bottoms out in the bushing and seals very well. The part that worries me pressure wise is the brass burst disk holder I made from garden hose to NPT adapters. Besides those concerns, expect some higher mix testing!

Ah well, if it fails, it will be towards the target anyway :D

I've held one of those before, they seem to be relatively lightweight, I don't think I'd use it over 5x but make sure you stand far far away <s>if</s> when you test higher :D

And how the hell would you know how powerful a 5x mix is? You haven't even made a hybrid that is made from proper materials!

As much as I love busting GunFreak's balls about being a pneub, a pneub sufficient in hybrid knowledge can probably grasp an idea of how powerful a 5x hybrid mix would be. Though, I think GunFreak is wrong in this case and that the compression fitting could be used relatively safely at higher mixes than 5x. Then again; GF only expressed that he wouldn't personally use it above 5x and not that others shouldn't.
