It takes 3 minutes for a page to load on my laptop..so I haven't read the article...
But I'm assuming the reg was fine but they used CO2..?
The reg shuts off the flow but the liquid, cold CO2 it let into the chamber turned to warm....gas?
Not much a reg can do about that..

So I gotta ask .... is this standard bar and stock you are using (other than the cutouts).
If this is a breach how are you planning on sealing the bolt face to the breach?
Why the big cut out at the loading port?
Looks awesome, clean and robust, just curious questions.

The barrel you see is a 22*4 mm. 316L tube, with a 16*80 mm. chamber machined into it.
The receiver tube is St37, originally it had a 21,5 mm ID, but I reamed the inside of the whole tube to 22H7. This way I also got rid of the welding seam in the tube.
The tube has an OD of 27.
This is going to be a cartridge system, using standard 16 mm. PVC conduit tubing. The tube fits airtight into the chamber. The cartridges will have a rim similar to a shotgun shell for easier ejection.
The big cutout at the loading port is for easy access to the cartridges, they are going to be about 80 millimeters long, so I need some space to put them in

Holy f*** lol, looking forward to the final build. Ever since I joined the site (not that long ago) my mind has been racing and has been bouncining from one idea to another. I see great potential in your breach, in particular to a split bolt that has a lock that turns into a groove at the breach. OMG, i think I just wet myself!

Testing a BB feed system for a work in progress. Details will be sketchy, because, by the great worm spirit, this is my job now! *gasp*

hehe... A BBMG at 100 rounds per second means you will use up those BBs in 2 minutes
BTW, noticed a cartridge fed WIP on this page... looking very good!

It's fun but a lot of work to turn fucking around with BBs into a viable commercial proposition, bit of a risk for yours truly.Gun Freak wrote:BOOO!!!!!!!
