Hey everyone.
I live in Australia and i was wondering is there anyone else here that does. Because i am looking for parts to make a pneumatic spudgun, i cant seem to find a "blowgun" anywhere! You cant get scopes and stuff here either without a permit and crap. So i was wondering have and aussie members (if any) made any guns? what type of legality are they?

im an aussie. you can find blowguns at bunnings or supercheap auto. and sprinkler valves at bunnings. anymore problems p.m me.

LOl im australian most of this stuff is band without a permit. but if yoru interested in making a home made red up ont he sprinkler valves and how to mod them. Solenoid valves can be moded to create a valve that builds up pressure then realeases it at one time. Bunnings, mitre ten homehardware all those places tock blow guns jsut have a good loock around if your desparate ill post you a blow gun for a price.

ive made a total of 6 guns, 3 pneu and 3 combustions, they are all illegal.

now scopes aren't illegal here but im not sure about WA. blowguns as f.c and Bomb said can be pretty easily found at bunnings and supercheap and i would also imagine they would be sold at pretty much all hardware/trade stores.

my s400 is classed as a catagory A firearm, yet my much less lethal combustions are catagory E, in which catagory E is the class for cannons, tear gas launchers ect...

your pretty much build at your own risk in Aus.

haha i jsut read your comment and i saw "as f.c bomb said" i thort you were calling me a bad name lol. Sorry cheers for the info it was helpfull to me. My offer still stands if you wish to buy a blowgun from me if your hardware shops dont suply them.

I'm in NSW, you can get blowguns and sprinkler valves from Mitre10 or Bunnings. Scopes can be found cheaply of eBay, recently the Australian law has been dropped where it says "You can't buy firearm accessories without a permit", now it is perfectly legal, i got my Walther scope from China of eBay. Speaking of eBay, you can get sprinkler valves and blowguns of eBay.
