i was reading the thread about this when i start to understand how different all of us are when it comes to all the different cannons out there! i will have your gun of choice write like i do under :D

i like hybrids and pneumatic with small bore penetrating stuff and not a big ass gun on a stand. but i like to look at videos of big guns. that way i don`t need to spend like 20 minutes to load the gun and pick up all the aftermath.

Me, well I like big to small bore pneumatics, but am currently limited by low pressures of only 110psi. And since PVC is so expensive here I can't mess around with designs so I like fool-proof guns that can't go wrong yet are still powerful.

But I am exploring my options, I have plans for a Co-Axial Pneumatic, Advanced Combustion and Copper Pneumatic.

I like large bore, because in my case, there is alot of ammo options, and i like things blown up, like using bombs, except not in this case. I like the large power, but small bore and very powerful is something i also like. But if i were to choose between the 2, i would chose large bore.

Thats why i am building a new pneumatic piston that will be 4 inches, and 3 inch porting barrel, but im not sure if it should be housed in a tee or coaxial, for purposes of performance and storage reasons.

crowley if you want to go simple with the copper pneumatic i suggest you try out the design of my 42mm piston gun it is powerful and easy to carry around. also not much difference in power on the 30psi less you can get. but i guess you are the one to go simple :D

I personally like handheld cannons with relitivey small bores. Contrary to this, the next two cannons I want to do will be large bore, but will still be handheld (bazookas)
I also can't help but notice that in every message from spudfarm on this topic included a :D smily.

ragnarok i knew you will say that :D (notice the :D ) and HEAL is one of my favorite coppers on this forum.

and for mega_swordman i am also going in to building a big bore soon but where i live you cant get pressure rated pvc so i have to wait for some sort of steel :)

Thinked isn't a word. You mean thought. (Sorry, I had to.)
I really like HEAL as well; it is probably the only copper cannon I like.
EDIT: Ah, I didn't know. Thanks for informing my Crowley

Small bore metal pneumatics with no pressure limit.

Maybe someday I'll have a rummage about at 33mm but no higher.

I'm a bit non-committal about large bore cannons, they never seem to be used at their full potential to me.

If I ever have the opportunity to be somewhere for a while with a very large open space, miles from anyone I'll make a plastic bottle launcher that just runs off bog standard compressor pressure of 100-150psi. Wouldn't want anyone to get upset by what I would pack the bottles with after all.
