A guetto but functional semi-auto airgun, using the Semi-auto valve for under $20 unit.
The finished gun was guetto, but works. If done properly and put a stock, it can be a nice gun.

Very good video! We can direct new users to that as an idea for their first semi-auto. Good work, subscribed. :)

Nice tutorial, I have a couple of those QEV's and slide valves myself..I like them personally, using a slide valve to vent my piston valve right now.

I find it very charming :) especially as English is not your first language, well done!

I've been wanting to show a bolt and magazine system ever since I did the QEV/slide valve demo, you beat me to it. Good show!

Thank you! :)

Well the system is super guetto  I was worried that it would blow up when I fires  So thanks again Jack :)

Personally, I will never use a slide/3-way valve for semi anymore, as you wast too many air(the pilot volume is exhausted/refilled in every shot).

Hey guys, i am one of those anyoing people :P only diffrents is that i exacly tried to search and found this tutorial very explaining(AWESOME video dude, get almost everything). i have only one question. if i am correct the under part (where a normal gas valve is(in the video)) is the chamber where the air to the gun is exacly comming out. the thing after the blue "thingy" is the compressor what fills the chamber so thats its filled before firing.

then....

How the hell do you make that thing :O. i just orderd the partst that where in the 20$ forum post. so i can wait like a month (i gues its takes that long, comes out china). but i like to make the chamber before the parts come in.

how do i make that(ideas are okey, links to forums are fine, photos are Great but youtube clips with good description are LEGENDARY)

maybe some little thing you should know about what i wanna make....
i wanna make a airsoft rifle that can shoot normal bb bals (6mm). wanna add a scope and make a wooden rest peace so i can feel like a sniper(hopefully shoot like one....). i dont realy care about power or anything like that but, sure why not

if anybody can push me in the good way (please dont trow me in the dark i am scared of that) that i will be very greatfull 8)

oo sorry for my english i dont think its to bad right?(please do say what is wrong if so, than i can learn from it)

Don't worry, I'd be happy to help you, compared to the rest newbies, you are one of the finest I have ever seen
So, you want to make the chamber, right? Simple: 1/4 male to 1/2 female reducer + 1/2 male male pipe (lenth as you like, but if you tell me the pressure you are going to use, I can give you a number.) + 1/2 female end cap. Then you are ready to go.
As for the main air source, you best choice is probably a paintball tank + regulator + remote line, but there are less expensive ways.

Hey, you are fast! faster than i can reply :D

for the main air source i was thinking a compressor that i have laying around here. it can get to 120 psi(its has a hose only need a couple piece for the slide valve). A paintball tank is just too expansive to buy for me (saw prices of around 100$) to start with. so please tell me the cheaper way, with a target about 30$ max.(yea kind of a low budget!). i love to make it myself.

for the chamber part, THANK you but how long should i get it, with what kind of pressure to get it to shoot like 6 meters straight (so that means around 12 metters ;)). i think 120 psi is more than anough but i aint as mighty as you are.

Thanks sooo much that you are wanting to give me instructions. i already loving this forum! if you want (only if you like) i can make a ultimate noob proof tutorial(youtube vid) as soon as i have all the parts, sinds i am a noob :D, but only if you like cause i dont want to make it for nobody :D

For 120psi, to shoot 12? 10cm would be enough. About the video, it's up to you, me personally have no need.
