i have thought of a way to create the devil himself, it works on the idea of creating a cartridge like bullet or genade round, with fuel and ammo contained, then witha few other tricks loading is easy and quick, then useing a blow back system u can reload automaticaly, i have yet 2 draw up plans, i just wanted to find out wat u lot all thought to the idea??
Hmmmm, that sounds excactly like a normal fire arm!, except with a gas propellant.
What exactly do you have in mind?, draw up some designs with paint and we can help you (most of us anyway).
You are not allowed to discuss exploding projectiles (grenade rounds), get familiar with the rules.

Forever dreaming...

You aren't going to get much power out of it if you plan on using it as a combustion, pneumatic or hybrid. Wow thats all the types of spudguns there are... Sure you may be able to achieve the same pressure in your little cartridge as a normal spudgun however because of your lack of volume your pressure drop will be very fast, possibly even loosing acceleration completely before exiting your barrel. Theoretically (but not logically) it would be possible to pressure your little cartridge to a very high point similar to that in an actual bullet explosion (from 10,000-50,000psi) but you may as well just fire a real bullet because that is going to be one hell of a complex and expensive shell... Furthermore, how come you earn't 9 spud bux for that one post damn it!?

spud bux?????, the cartridge type thing will b the same size as a normal chamber with a small section of barrel ( with spud in ) so you are basically putting a new chamber onto the barrel each load, i have started to draw up plans and will post them soon so u can get a better idea on my very board brain lol

u slid the barrel forwards and slid the cartiridge in, u then slid the barrel back again forcing the cartidige back too piercing the paper back with the ignition system housed in a pipe, u then pull the trigger and boom, then u slid the barrel forward and remove the cartridge and slid a new 1 in,
my idea is to have 4 of these on the go rotating and a mechanism that does all that for you and useing a ign coil to do the sparking,
i did think about a double barrel too and a semi auto lol,
more plans coming up tho

Why don't you just built fifty seperate cannons and then fire them all one by one...

cuz thats logical boaring and expencive, does the idea of a fully auto spud gun not sound gud??
I dont understand what youre doing. Why dont you just use an opening breech? Spudguns are the slowest firing gun you can make you still have the problem of airing out the chamber.
I just made some plans for a fully auto pneumatic paintball gun where you dont have to reload it for up to 55 shots.

you dont have to air out the chamber cuz you are basicaly changin the chamber each time,

It's not a new idea in any way, and we've even got people who have built working prototypes of cartrige-based spudguns.
Yes, it'll save you a bit of bulk, and quite a bit of expense if you are using a rifled barrel... although you'd need a special barrel that is the reverse of joels.
...geuss it saves you a LOT of expense, then. (ha)

Oh I c! I made plans for something like this but the barrel didnt move. It had a closing breech that would open with the blast of the aerosol. IDK about you but I'm not patient enought to make bullets. And how would you keep the gas mixture in it if you need a hole in the bullet to blow it up????
