Ah, for the days when we were small enough that time was unimportant.

Long time no see, glad you're still aroundHubb wrote:I stepped in too. My excuse, same as everyone else. I haven't "push a tater through pipe" in a while becaue of it. Youngins, work, farm, work, bills, work. Did I mention work?
Ever since the terror attacks and bombings, my parents have become very anti gun and stuff, and think that drawing spud plans and building various cannons instantly make a person a bad terrorist...

Most forums don't allow you to view pictures or other uploaded files unless you are a registered and signed in member. I find this quite annoying, because sometimes those forums have extremely valuable information to me and I don't want to sign up just to see a friggen picture... so I'm glad we don't require that, because if I were someone looking for knowledge and examples of what to do and advice on how to do it, I'd want easy access to it. Just think about it this way- if our information is private and someone is too lazy to sign up to view it, they might build a cannon using a DWV cleanout cap and have their face blown offBigDeutcher wrote:I find the same people posting or answering questions which I am very grateful for ... so grateful for I made a donation, nothing gradious just a little something I thought would contribute to the over all maintenance of the site.
I think part of the problem is that as a guest viewing the site you can " lurk off " what ever information you want. I certainly dodn't think it should be made as a pay as you go either but certainly limit what " information " you do have to the memebership of the board and not to just anyone who has internet access.
There always seems to be 15 to 20 guests viewing, believe this or not they are a source of information as are the regulars.
My two cents,
Wait until your junior year of high school thenmr.potatohead wrote:im still lurking around ive been too busy with eight grade
Hmm, I was trying to remember the last time I pushed a tater through a pipe.. I think I might not have done this yet. Lots of apples, other fruit, soda cans, full and empty, marshmallows, gumballs, adding machine tape.. Oh wait, I remember, I launched some way back about 6 years ago when I visited the little town of Arlington. They had some taters..Hubb wrote:I stepped in too. My excuse, same as everyone else. BUT, summer time is fast approaching...
