How do I post a diagram

I assume people are using paint to draw these diagrams.How do I post a Paint document.Spudfiles won't let me post.

Save the document, then upload it to a photo hosting site and use the [IMG] code that the site provides to link to it.

Or just save the Paint file as "whatever.jpg" and upload it like a normal picture.
