Edit: The bar on the add on my computer puts it on top of the add and it's white. Maybe bad parameters on pixel height??? Just a guess.
It has nothing to do with their IP address. Their domain has to point to a static address, but filtering is just done via Google's control panel, and I put in the site URL. The problem is... there isn't just 1. I did some more work with it, but if we keep this BBW thread going it's never going to stop giving those ads!
