Not the first, but certainly the best that I have seen. I think you deserve more votes then you have, but I doubt that is much of a consolation.

I also wish the Revosemi made it into the final, I would have definitely voted for it, but I guess thats the way the cookie crumbles.

Thanks to all those who have voted for me.

Really, not the first?Who made it before me?I'd like to see it sounds cool.I only know of BTB's idea.
And it is a consolation.Sorry,I voted for myself.I couldn't bear being tied.Looks like it didn't make much difference though :D

Interesting, the first plan on mine was to use a screw on adapter.Well I guess my claim as to having the first break open breach is no more.

I don't know if this one was actually built, but man_o_brass had a nice design

Here is one I built to work with various barrels 3/4" or smaller. I would certainly make something more like yours if I try again.

Clide, I've used the snap closures like you did on an earlier gun that was based off of the BECC design.Anyways,I ended getting rid of them because they slipped off occasionally and were a general pain on the up keep.Good job,I like the design.

It should become a templet for future contest, tweak it where needed. Thats my thought on it.

Good ones Clide/Jack! Congratulations.

Congrats winners. All cannons were great, and it was a lot of fun to see what everybody came up with!
