does anyone know what time-zone spudfiles is working off of, it's kinda disorienting when it says i posted something at 23:59 and it's only 11

Under Profile (in the top right) you can set your own time zone and preferences.

By default it should be central standard time. You can change many time settings in your profile, such as how time is displayed along with your timezone.
Yes, I am the guy that owns & operates SpudFiles (along with our extremely helpful moderators).
