As you may notice, quite a bit looks different! SpudFiles has now entered the modern era of technology.

Please see yourself around and let me know of any questions or troubles you encounter. A few major items...

-Previous [youtube] tags will be found left in posts, but videos will remain visible. You may remove these tags manually if you please, as they have been replaced.

-Previous links to specific SpudFiles posts may not work. You will be prompted with a message to search. You may need to update old post links if you so desire. This is one of the big reasons why I avoid these major upgrades for so long. SpudFiles went online in 2004 and major forum upgrades often break links. However I am happy to note that modern forum software should no longer exhibit this problem with future upgrades. Long live SpudFiles!

The website looks great. I love the blueprint looking design on top that follows the mouse cursor.

Need to look around a bit, but seems like one heck of an upgrade. The blueprint plasma ball/Tesla coil header is pretty cool IMO. 8-)

Not trying to kick up a dead thread (it's only been two weeks heh) but just wanted to chime in and say this place looks great and I'm glad to see it's still kickin, PCGUY. It's been a long time, huh? Keep up the great work!

"oh my god, I'm so old now"
Aren't we all! But hopefully, wiser, and in a better place financially...

One suggestion for the front page, instead of showing only 3 recent topics, why not show the active topics and perhaps a greater number to show new visitors more of what the forum has to offer?

It's good to be back. Had to back burner my spud chunking interest's due to their not being enough hours in a day for all worthwhile projects currently in progress. Looks like you're managing a wealth of information quite well. Kudos to you. You deserve a pat on the back and an Atta Boy. Good job, keep up the good work!
