yeah. sail winch servo's are hella strong. try one of those.

if all else fails, use the good old string and pulley and spring.

if you use a small enough hose you could just get the servo to kink. You could also use a red hat valve for filling its elevtically actuated and goes up to like 150 psi i got mine computer surplus store.
