Har har, I wouldn't have posted this topic if I had one of those. I need better tools.... *grumble* the cheapest dremmel (SP?) on the market around here is like $40..... Well... I think I'm gonna stick with the Latke design.

Or you could of instead wasting your time on the forum bust out some sand paper and you would be done by now?

My dremel cost $11 before tax hahahahaha
try using a torch to soften the tip, then just cut it with a knife.
