Well this is part of my imported stuff I got From America,
I call it SGI, as you may or may not know I name all my guns with SG (don't ask, it's German) and this one is SG-Imported
Simple but powerful, GGDT says around 600fps which is more then enough. All I wanted from this was a basic, reasonably powerful, portable paintball gun for Halloween
Specs:
Chamber Diameter: 2"/50mm
Barrel Diameter: 1/2"/15mm
Chamber Length: 24"/600mm
Barrel Length: 36"/1000mm
Ammo: .68" Paintballs
Valve: 1" Modded Orbit Sprinkler Valve
Pilot Valve: Standard Blow Gun
Fill Valve: 1/8" Threaded Schrader
Extras:
160psi Gauge
Bell 120psi Shock Pump
Breech Loaded

Yeah, I wanted a JB Weld free gun that doesn't require maintainance all the time. Accuracy is good, in the video I hit the edge because I wasn't really trying and I was standing shooting from my hip.
Haha I got that in America, yeah that's right I brought that through customs The X-Ray team probably thought it was weird...and Arm with no bone

Haha not bad JSR, my favourite gun in MOH/COD
It's actually SchutzGewehr Which means something along the lines of 'Guard Gun' or 'Protection rifle'
I'm already a high ranking officer as you can see by my title...Screw the Führer

What did the people at customs say when you tried to bring all those supplies with you? (amazing cannon by the way)

If immitation is the best form of flattery, then thank you very much 8) . This is practically an exact copy of my little cannon. It has the exact same layout, with a sprinkler and a breech and a chamber about the same size as that. I just feel bad for not posting it yet - this is your classic case of lost credit for not getting it out there fast enough .
Proud to be the only kid on my robotics team with pneumatics experience.
beleive me dude, you are not the first one to use this configuration. There have been at least five of these posted, all nearly identical. How could he have imitated you if you never posted the connon?Zippster wrote:If immitation is the best form of flattery, then thank you very much 8) . Yeah, if I would give credit it would probably be to SB15 because he has a similar setup, although he wasn't the first to do it (probably some guy in the 90's) his made me want to make one.
I'm usually not one to copy designs but it's part of my 'Keep It Simple Stupid Cannon Lineup'.
I just made a bunch of basic cannons for the reliability, simplicity and cost effectiveness.
I also had a similar setup with a golfball cannon of mine:
http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/viewtop ... tml#136108
Which is also a basic cannon I made for sh|ts and giggles.
This configuration has been floating around for many years, sorry but it's nothing original.
And wouldn't your cannon be a copy of mine since mine was presumably built first, if not, I posted it first and seeing as I knew nothing about your cannon it's far from copying your cannon but infact copying SB15's cannon and he probably got it from somewhere else.
I just hope you don't act like this with every cannon that is similar to yours, with such a basic setup most sprinkler valve cannons all look similar in one way or another.
You really have to go fully home-made (Burst disk, piston, etc) to be original.
