how much is a normal spark igniter , the one with a red button, and where can i get one? i think someone said they get thrers at the dollar shore, but im not sure, i want to build my first comustion, any feedback will be appreciated, peace.

Looks like you need to search a little more :roll: . This is something that can be found on this website almost instantly. Well anyway i might as well tell you since i am writing this post. A spark igniter can be gotten from a dollar store, from what i hear, but they can also be gotten at a hardware store. They should be pretty easily to get a hold of. So next time, use this.

P.S. There is actually a post that someone made that he got 3 grill igniters at the dollar store for a buck but i dont want to go out and get the link.

Note that the igniters at the link above are high quality, and will not crap out on you after minimal use like dollar store parts often do. Not to mention they produce a much longer, thicker spark.

in my area in australia they cost around $16. which is a bit too expensive considering you can buy a sprinkler valve for @$20.
