Me and my buddy went to the construction site for a skating rink that's being built here. We asked if they had any PVC they where going to junk, boy did they. We got about 8 feet of 6" Sch40, over 20 6"caps And Plugs, 1 and 1 1/2 inch converters.Also, 3/4, 1/2, 1, 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2, 4 and 6 inch pipe in various lengths. I won't have to buy any for a while!

lucky, I really want some 2.5 inch pipe. I just had to buy a ton of PVC today. Now I owe my dad 40 bucks. Did they make you pay for any of that?

Naw, they where all gonna throw it away anyway. I don't know why, most of it was all one peice in 10 ft lengths but they said they where all done laying the pipe and they had excess.

Throw it away!!? are they crazy! you would think that they would sell for scrap

Well PVC isnt that expensive anyway, but still you made a lucky find.

pvc can cost if you only get R100 a month( Rand to $ is about R6-$1)
