Here is a combustion I made for a friend.
Chamber
3'' Sch40 16'' long
116ci
Barrel
24" of 1 1/2" Sch40
C:B of 2.4:1
Uses hair spray for the fuel. The sparker is from a electronic one off of a BBQ and uses a spark plug in the chamber. Works really good, a little loud tho. Here are some pictures-

I would bet that it is really loud with a C:B of 2.4:1. Shorten up the chamber or lengthen the barrel and you won't lose any power just noise level will be quiter

I imagine one would fire by depressing the button on the bbq piezoCuddlyBurrito wrote:kool how does she fire?
That's one ghetto cannon!
Daberno, you would in fact loose power in you shortened the chamber.

As for the CB, I know it is too short, it was all the pipe I had and it was just made from things I had at my garage with a friend. And yes shortening the chamber will cause it to lose power.
It fires good, fair amount of power and the noise makes it better lol. and to fire it you hook the end of a extension cord to the yellow plugs coming from the sparker and then use a jumper wire in the other end of the cord.CuddlyBurrito wrote: kool how does she fire?
