Does anyone know where to get a fitting for a bernzomatic propane tank?

I have seen them in videos as a small brass connector that attaches to the tank and has a small 1/4in threaded part where you can connect other stuff.

In the past i have cut a cheap blow torch in half and slipped a hose on and tape it closed. It works but its really ghetto. I am looking for places to get these parts that look nice.

Yeah but the threads are compression fittings, and if you can't find the right fitting, just do what I did:
