This was my summer project. I completed it a while back but was lazy and forgot to post it. Sadly the swivel joint on the remote fatigued and broke. I have started to repair it but has been slow going.
Specs:
0-800 psi HPA or Co2 (blowgun starts leaking at ~200)
Adjustable custom hop-up/detent
A stock made of popsicle sticks, hot glue, Bondo and Liquid Nails
Onboard air or Co2
Flashlight and pressure switch laser
A scraped bow sight to make it more Bren-ish (not pictured)
A fake drum magazine to hold the remote
Foregrip and removable suppressor
3/4 in. vortex cap (Thank you Davidvaini)

I'm pretty sure I like it very good. 
The Bondo could use some sanding, but other than that, it's pretty nice!
I've heard that hop-ups wear down pretty quickly in BBMGs... you may want to remove that.

Some damage videos at 200 psi would be nice and do look at the epoxy how-to I linked you to, you clearly have an "outside the box" mindset and getting your hands on some proper materials and techniques will let you go far

If you got a rasp for cleaning up automotive filler (using something for it's correct use, not like us is it) you could clean that up very nicely.
It's very outside the box and I bet it works brilliantly. Just asking, are you running the blowgun backwards?

That was my first thought, but it doesn't look like it. I used a similar blowgun-paintball tank setup here, it was fine for 450 psi or so but anything higher and it started to leak.inonickname wrote:Just asking, are you running the blowgun backwards?
The last dookie I dropped was smoother than that, a bit of sandpaper and spray paint and you'll have yourself a real nice peice of work.

looks good from 20 feet away.. but on closer inspection it NEEDS some sanding/grinding.

Yeah it would look really nice if you grinded it down, but since it is all by hand, It would be really hard to get nice edges and corners, flat surfaces, and an even coverage. I would make the visual part of the gun (everything that is black) out of sheet metal or machined aluminum if you have access to a milling machine.
