Well heres my mini potato pistol. The handle is from a cheapo glue gun and the sparker is from a grill ignitor. I know I need to paint it.

Edit- I just tested it, it can shoot over 100 feet and can shoot into a coke can and dent a metal sheet.

So did you set it up so the trigger on the pistol grip hits the button to the sparker? It's hard to see in the picture. Whats the paint going to be?

The trigger is the sparker but I plan to put a more comfortable trigger no top of that. I am thinking a flat black paint job but I have not decided yet.
