Hello everyone, I read the rules forum and i'm not 100% sure if a model rocket would be considered a incendiary projectile, because I don't plan on it being one. So if this thread needs to be deleted, im sorry for the misunderstanding.
But my idea was using 1" SCH. 40 PVC as a model rocket tube, using a KNO3/Sugar rocket engine.
Would a 15" tall 1" diameter pvc pipe be to heavy to be used as a model rocket tube? if i just used a sugar rocket engine in it?

I think that a potassium nitrate and sugar rocket would violate the rules, first of all, because it is a solid fuel, and second of all, because it would be considered an incendiary projectile. "Incendiary" refers to a projectile which can produce flame, and a model rocket engine, no matter how small, does produce flame.
