looks good, the only thing i would change on it would be the barrel length, its a little to short(although it is a shotgun), but other than that very nice job.

I havent shot the cannon with the new bolt ive changed the whole design alot i have some old pics but i dont you all wanna see them.
are there any reasons for the smaller chamber or bigger barrel or is it just for aesthics. I would love to make this thing better in anyway i am completely open to critism or ideas
ill have some damage pics in the next day or two maybe even a video of actual fire
any suggestions on shells? i made a new shell its a flash car cut in haft, rolled up to fit in the barrel a little wider in the back (so it doesnt fly out the barrel), i put a cottonball in the back for wadding, filled it with 50 airsoft bbs and masking tape to cover the other end.
Is a cotton ball a descent wadding?

i know i promised some damage pics and a video but the seal on my sprinkler valve where the solenoid was broke so im currently putting new epoxy on it . but i did manage to shoot it off. i actually had my bro fire it so i could see the patern nothing it has penatrated cardboard from about 20ft so idk wat that means but i think the spread is wayy to wide. any suggestions? i think like some of you said a longer barrel would help

hey guys im rather stumped on my shotgun i have all the power i need but i think the bolt isnt working poperly or the shells are right. Any suggestions? o and i will be putting on a longer barrel and a smaller chamber i actually have a brand new set up

You can make it a bit neater like this and cut down on the dead space between the projectile and the valve:

well my sprinkler valve is busted and i need to get a new one. and i wasnt getting enough power behind the bbs to penetrate cardboard from 20 ft
