Barrel detent

Hi everybody
I know that this is already been discussed here, but I'm having some problems
I have upgraded my BBMG vortex, by adding a adjustable barrel detent, It works wonderfully, before adding it, the machine gun shoots like a shoot gun, as you can see form the old video, a lot os bbs hitting the target at once with very bad accuracy [youtube][/youtube]
After adding the detent, this is completely gone the bbs go directly to the target at a reasonable accuracy [youtube][/youtube]
But today I removed the detent, I found out that the detent(a bb) is half wast during all the shootings I was wait for it to dure longer than that any helps? thx

Scroll down to raw materials, click on metals, find something of the correct size to replace the BB.

That or you could round off a steel rod or something to serve the same purpose by chucking it into a drill press or drill and using a file to round it off.

If you're going to order from mcmaster, you could order a pre made detent

I think I will try to get a steel bb to replace it, that should work btw any of you have used a detent in a bbmg vortex?
