I am new to this site so forgive me if I am posting in the wrong place. I have seen a lot of videos making a qev with brass fittings. It looks like a compression tee and casting the position with epoxy in a compression ring. I do not understand how people transfer from a compression fitting to a npt pipe fitting without an adapter.

I do not know for sure if I can make most of the valve and chamber with compression fittings. Would this be able to take high pressure? My first attempt at a qev failed because mainly bad design on my part. I used a 1/2inch galv tee, and I think my position is sticking on the rough surfaces.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
