I'm not really sure you can find threaded schraders locally. You might get lucky and find one at a hobby shop or someplace that has an extensive selection of pneumatic components.
But the epoxy idea will work fine. Just roughen all the surfaces first and make sure they're free from dirt and grease.

I get them at the hardware store in 1/8" NPT (2.49) and 1/4" NPT (3 bucks).

I have been searching for about an hour..... I guess I'll just ur design but how can I get a nice amount of epoxy in the cap without wasting it? Because I don't know how I will transfer the mixed epoxy in without wasting too much.

It took me 2 seconds to find one on eBay... Besides... I've made one by epoxying a schrader into a 1/4" brass plug. But if you wanna epoxy it into the cap... Um... What is so hard about mixing epoxy and then dumping it into the cap??? Come on man!!

Never mind I guess. Sorry I forgot to check ebay, stupid google shopping. I guess i'll buy some epoxy tomorrow but what epoxy will be best? I buy the defcon 1500psi rated but it is still very brittle after an 8 hour curing period.

any epoxy is adequate for you're purposes. If your epoxy is brittle, you probably got the mixture way off. Then again, epoxy isn't supposed to be too flexible either.... even after only 8 hours of curing.

I found out I was using cheap cheap stuff. The epoxy was horrible but it was the syringe type. I was using Devcon 5 minute epoxy. Should I use LOCTITE 1-Minute Epoxy Instant Mix or Devcon 5 minute gel epoxy?
Edit: Because I have tried and tried and fail and repeat that cycle. After a while it gets annoying. My gun is very powerful and has many flaws but the major one is leaking. My Schrader valve is leaking as well as the small gap between it and the PVC. I want it fixed so I assumed the experts would be courteous enough to help me which they have been.

I'd suggest you stop putting this much effort in a gun that'll probably bore you out in a few days, and move on to something more fun
I built a ball valve gun when I was 10 (not spring loaded), after a 3 days of shooting it wasn't interesting anymore
