OK sorry for no pics, My sis took the camera to her year 12 formal, and I never got it back ( this happened 2 bloody days ago) The chamber is a 12 inch long peice of 32mm pipe (stolen from my mate's shotgun MOOHAHAHA!) and the barrel is a 30 inch peice of copper half inch, pics an diagrams soon!

Nice cannon killagorrila!! pretty powerful from what you've said...but, if you still bring your cannon up to 40 bars....be very careful with a copper barrel...copper dislocates at 35 bars during a small amount of time. galvanized steel pipe is much more likely cuz it holds 80 bars max. But inside the pipe is a small juncture formation which isn't suitable for barrels. so you could use a Aluminium barrel, with 1/2" bore, and a wall thick ness of 1/4" at least. that would be the best...here a pic of my pneumatic coaxial piston, it's 8mm OD copper barrel (perfect fit for airsoft BB's) and 1/2" gal. steel pipe as a chamber. got it up to 15 bars and made a big 320m/s with a 0.12g BB

brian, over the last month or two It seems replicas upon replicas of your shotgun have been pouring out, and many guns have used your ideas. It seems you have become a celebrity on this site. how does it feel? lol, no I'm just kidding, but seriously, why does everything using any metal, or a small piston valve get called a shotgun replica?
