Hey.
I'm new to this but thought it'd be a laugh, so I've started building a copper airgun with a 15mm barrel. (I'll post a picture when I can!)
At the mo I have a ball valve, but I'm looking for an easier to use trigger system (electric was my first though) so I've started to investigate solenoid valves. I'm hoping I can get my pressure up to around 200psi minimum.
Would a valve like this be remotely applicable to what I need?

That also seems to be the highest pressure rating I can find... Is there a huge safety factor built into that (ie can it go much higher), or is that simply the point at which the valve will stop working?
Thanks a lot for any help! It's great to have found such a useful forum

That valvebwill do the trick however I suggest a quick exhaust valve. Most are rated to about 120 psi but are capable of well over the 200 psi you want to use. There are pics and examples all over the forum.
