Hello guys. I was in the process of designing my own gas system when I stumbled across the inline strafer. Doing some research led me here and I picked up a few more ideas. Everything below was done in about 3 hours or so on a lathe and cnc. This is basically the finished thing I just need to get co2 to test it. Once this works I will get back to my design.

Everything except small misc. parts

oooooh.... nice!

Are you planning to run it off unregged CO2? (beware freezing problems from a high flow valve and no expansion chamber...)

Assuming the valve is a "push button" type, why didn't you orient it horizontally instead of vertically?

Looks tight!

But I too wonder about the orientation of the valve...

Brian, how dare you question the orientation of the valve? It can't help how it was made.

Very nice work too, I love seeing machined stuff.

Beautiful machining, nice implementation. Get some unregged CO2 up in there :)

I already have a 2 stage regulated line on hand and I was considering using HPA because of that.

It's a pull instead of a push. I was planning on having the trigger pivot on the small body pin over to the valve. A pull of the trigger would pull down on the bottom of the valve. If it was horizontal the trigger would be more complicated.
