			Salvaged an ac compressor unit a while ago, its very similar to the one in this thread:

Is there anyone here who haved tried to take similar units to their breakdown-limit?
I would like to be able to use it at about 40 bars preassure, but is there any chance that it will work or will it break for sure? 			40 bar should be well within its working range, what you might want to consider is adequate cooling like immersing it in a bucket or oil or having a fan blow over it in order to keep it from overheating, especially if you plan to fill large chambers.
