Ummm... All PVC threaded fittings are molded. I have yet to fund one otherwise. Some fittings have less noticible mold marks.
If you are worried about leaks use teflon tape. Make sure you are putting it on properly.
The best fittings?

I'm probably a loser for this one. I'm all for spears. Everyone I find around here that uses spears fittings sell them for half the price as others. At Southwest plumbing I can buy a 3" spears part for $2-$7 and get the same one at home depot for $4-$14.
This is random and off topic but it seems that whenever I get on and reply to stuff the whole top of the recent posts page is covered with my name. Why am I the only one with no life that stays up till 11:30 Mountain time.

(sorry if my sentences are broken up/awkward... I am a little tired)

I've found that, yes, Charlotte fittings suck. But their pipe works good.bluetooth wrote: Charlotte fittings don't suck . Why would you say that?
And yes, all threaded fittings are moulded. You use teflon tape to seal.

I agree with SpudStuff. ALL fittings are molded. I've never seen anything threaded with a tap or a die in all the years I've been spudding.pyro86 wrote:do NOT buy lasco threaded fittings they are moulded that means they are not threaded with a tap or die they leak
