i wouldnt use a lantern lighter if iwere you mine never worked and eventually just broke all together. save youself the time and go with the piezo.

I'll agree with Losbuenos so far as that a lantern lighter isn't a very good ignition source, except for a *very* simple hairspray combustion. A piezo is a step up, but if you're going to spend the $12 on a piezo, spend $6 more and get a taser. You can get a taser for $18 including shipping from
www.preventsecurity.com . It'll last forever, and nothing lights up propane like 100,000 volts....

make sure stun guns are legal in your area though. i'm bummed i can't have one.
and if i do get one i'll probably end up on some list somewhere

I saw the sparkers yesterday for 3 bucks I was going to buy but you said it is not a good ignition source.

like i sad i had one and i had to hit it out of my cannon with a hammer and replace it with a piezo
