I'm confused.
Do you want a parts list for a system to fill your syringe with propane, or do you want help on how to use the syringe to fill your chamber with propane?

In the former case, I'd drill a hole in a small PVC/CPVC endcap and put it over the propane nozzle on the torch. (the 'nipple' of the syringe goes in the hole, the valve is opened, and the propane fills the syringe... this is how my system works.)

In the latter case, I would reccomend searching the archives for "syringe" and "propane". Such turned up this topic.

Some info on using a syringe with propane is here. If you would rather use a butane lighter look here.

Spudblaster15 try again. Earthlink sites tend to randomly vanish then reappear.

The link works for me. But man, I laughed out loud at this part towards the end:
It might be a good idea to mark any lighter you've modified since 12 inch flame is surprising if you were only expecting a half-inch one. You don't want anyone lighting there head on fire by accident.
