Butane can adapters?

Hey! New to the whole potato or whatever launching shenanigans stuff, I wanna know if anybody happens to know a valve or adapter of sorts that could be fitted onto these types of butane cans (shown below) as I got plenty of these, unless there's some sort of risk for these cans I am not aware of or I am just better off just lopping off a propane torches head and going from there with the burntlatke page lol

This is a neat trick to know, similar to filling a can of something with air pressure to get the last bits out, although not needed for the project I needed said adaptor for, useful to know regardless

In New Zealand we have a lubricant / solvent manufacturer named CRC, their spray nozzles fit directly onto the butane, I've been using them for a decade now. Maybe WD40 or such nozzles may fit? 
I've just recently purchased a butane torch adapter much like above to mount into the chamber though.
