Thanks. I am planning to buy a compressor from the fridge , but I do not know what model to buy, if it has any meaning

Usually a fridge compressor is something you "find", when fridges are discarded the compressor is typically still functional...

So, to get something like 30 - 20 bar i dont need to buy special model ? But it need to be new? I dont get it.

Yes, normally found at scrap yards/recycling centers.

Yes you should have no problem getting to at least 25 bar if you set it up like the instructables video.
Remember to throw in some lubricant every now and then, these are designed to work as closed systems so if you open them up wear will eventually become a problem. Some sort of humidity absorption at the inlet is also a good idea.

It doesn't really matter since you're going to have to modify the circuit anyway.

The box is usually just covering the connections, as long as it's functional you shouldn't have a problem.
