I will definitely look into poly pipe when i get enough money to build my first pneumatic. I don't have a job or any income so it may be quite some time.

Haha yeah. She's not cheap.....I was lucky enough to get it for 30 bucks because my mate works at a plumbing shop. Its so easy to see why it's so expensive. I have a $14 valve, a $30 valve and this $90 valve...It's so worth the money, its perfect.

Yeah, perhaps you should look at this cannon and others a bit more, and when you fully understand them, you should be able to build it without plans. I say this because if you dont understand what youre doing, it probably wont work and it is dangerous. This is just a friendly piece of advice though, because I used to ask the same, and people generally dont like just giving out plans!

Hey mate thanks alot for the intrest in my cannon. I just hope you know what your doing. Just go with a 80cm pre-cut peice of 3/4in poly pipe, a 3/4 in ball valve and make yaself a thread on a coke bottle that matches the ball valve. For a first cannon, ya can't go anymore simple, reliable and cheap. Check out my 1st cannon. It's exactly what I just told ya to get. Everything about how to make it is inside the thread.

Best luck and happy spudding.

Mitch.

Oh, OK, sorry for the misunderstanding, I though you wanted in depth plans on how it works and every little piece of information given to you! sorry about that!
I think he used 1" and for the barrel 3/4" pipe works well for paintball but I think he said he used 15mm in the top text.

EDIT: michaz, you beat me there!

hey seeing as this is a aussie thread mitcho, if i make a template for all us Aussies to put in our signatures (when we get them) would anyone be interested in it? i mean like a banner with personalized names and such on them?

oh mitcho question: could i get the specs of the barrel off ya? just O-D, I-D and wall thickness.

thanks
