No, his cannon is a fake cannon, it doesn't really fire.
My god.
If you really want to build a hybrid I have 2 questions, What cannons have you built and have you checked the wiki?

A hybrid cannon is just that, a HYBRID of pneumatics and combustions. Please use the spud wiki in the future This is the wiki's definition:
A hybrid is a type of spudgun that combines principles of the combustion and pneumatic spudgun. It uses a pressurized mixture of fuel and air to get more power out of a given chamber volume. The hybrid is capable of higher velocities than a combustion or pneumatic spudgun; projectiles fired by a hybrid have broken the sound barrier (Source). This is possible because of the higher pressure and temperature gases.
Don't even THINK about thinking about constructing a hybrid yourself until tou have a lot of experience in pneumatics and combustions. As BoogieMan says, "If you mess up on a combustion or a pneumatic, you are out a few dollars. If you mess up on a hybrid, you are dead."

Summer Projects:
CO2 tank hybrid: Gotta fix the meter
Cane gun: Needs a pilot/fill setup
1.5" piston valve gun: Almost done

Just do yourself a favor and don't kill yourself.

How are you able to vent the burnt gases after an ignition?

Hey I am building a hybrid that pressurizes MAPP and O2 but I saw yours and was wondering how you connected the hose to the can. right now it looks like my only options are:
1. Pay for 2 torch heads and cut them off
2. Buy connectors that do not have valves (meaning I can't dial them down or up...)
Did you by chance find connectors that have the valves in them without cannibalizing torch heads?

By modifying the regulator on the Canadian Tire "Oxy/MAPP torch", you can get it to output up to 70 psi, depending on how hard you push down the diaphragm. A better long term option is just to get a proper oxygen tank with a real regulator.
