What I have right now:
But it leaks like crazy. Everytime I try to pump it, it leaks. So should i just buy a long 1" diameter pipe and ebd cap? Or use teflon tape to close all the leaks? I already tried plugging up all the holes with hot glue. No use.
So now what?

Use teflon tape. It should pretty much always be used when screwing things together on a pneumatic.

no, hot glue would not work, what i suggest you do is unscrew it all and use teflon tape to seal the threads also don't take it up to a high psi first time start low and work up.I've learnt from expierience. .
I hope it works out for you it looks nice.

Oh and I just noticed, you can make your barrel a lot longer, a few feet, unless you're shooting nets or grapeshot or something.

Definitely use teflon pipe tape. I agree with Flying_Salt, you should make the barrel longer. I'd also suggest getting a better valve.

It's hard to soar with eagles when you're working with turkeys.

Metal tends to like to leak even with Teflon Tape, don't just wrap a few turns, go all out, make that sucker puffy. You want every gap in those threads sealed.
If all else fails, buy some Plumber's Goop.

Welding works quite well if you dont want to open it. Use a mig or tig welder if ya know how to use them.
Raise your horns if you love metal.

Don't weld. The galvanized pipe does not take too kindly to welding. Either use a lot of teflon (a lot!), or use some thread sealant (the blue stuff works the best) or you could always put JB Weld or some other type of epoxy on the threads then allow it to cure.

Ok. Teflon it is.
I did it. All wraped up no leaks. It pumps and holds air!
but the problem: I pump the crap out of it then it launches whatver i want and goes 2 feet. The air pump dont be able to put enough pressure there for crap. how do I fix this? Air compressor?
HELL NO! The cheapest 1 I ve ever found was like 100 bucks.
Plus i dont want to lug it around on a paintball feild.

Co2 looks like a must. Nut how? I need a steel hose, asa, and 1/8 connector. but thats gona cost me.
CRAP!

yes, yes you can. When i made my first ever pneumatic gun which was a BBMG (had it's own chamber) i decided to pump it up to 90 psi straight away.potatoflinger wrote:Mind if I ask what happened?Redcoat wrote:no, hot glue would not work, what i suggest you do is unscrew it all and use teflon tape to seal the threads also don't take it up to a high psi first time start low and work up.I've learnt from expierience. .

When i got up there it started to leak like hell and then it cracked around where the blowgun and schrader were.I then had to replace that endcap.
So now i work it up slowly.
