This is My first pistion gun :D , i would like to thank MrCrowley for his help on my piston. Its housed in a 1.5 inch tee the barrel is 3/4 nsf-61 Chamber is also 1.5 inch. I just finished today costed me about 30 bucks US. Pistion is made of an aluminum hair formula bottle very light weight its filled with foam and hot glue so theres less pilot volume, its exhausted by a 1 inch sprinkler valve, the bumper is a soft thing from drum symbols  enought talk heres some pictures, no damge shots yet cuase its going to rain for 3 days  , but ill shoot some indoor shots  Guys i finaly got my paint job wanted to try some new color not many people use you guys like?

isn't a 1" sprinkler a little overkill to pilot a 1.5" piston? I don't really care too much but if you just had one laying around I would have used it too. Bet it pilots fast. Plus you get the feeling of pulling a trigger (AKA blowgun) like a real gun

Yeah it kind of is, but he's got the pilot volume to waste and its only going to do good. :)

You finished it! Good stuff, bet it's a powerful SOB :D

Let me know how the test firing goes.

Wow, don't use it now. Wait at least 24 hours. I know 20psi ain't much, but it's not making it any stronger.

Very nicely done
You probaly didnt need a piston valve for that you could of just used the sprinkler but what bad could a very well done valve like that do to it.
